At 1826 hrs. Queenstown VFD was alerted for a MVA S/B Rt.301 & Rt.304. Rescue 3 went responding with 6 volunteers. Rescue 4 arrived on location & Officer 405 (Bloodsworth) assumed Rt.301 command. There were 3 vehicle involved. 2 patients transported by ground. Driver of the one vehicle was DOA upon arrival.
